5. On-Platform Trading Requirement

All transactions, negotiations, and communications related to link placements and domain services must be conducted exclusively through the Linkbag platform. This requirement ensures:

• Secure payment processing and buyer protection
• Proper dispute resolution and support
• Quality assurance and service standards
• Compliance with our terms and policies

Strictly Prohibited: Taking transactions off-platform, direct contact outside of Linkbag messaging, or circumventing our service fees. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Fraudulent or misleading practices
• Manipulation of domain metrics or rankings
• Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Circumventing our fee structure or payment systems

7. Fees and Payments

Linkbag charges service fees for successful transactions:

• Standard accounts: 10% broker fee on transactions
• Pro accounts: 5% broker fee on transactions
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to Linkbag. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
